whoo! to be honest, a week ago i didnt give a shit about the band..just another VK band i heard 3 songs of that i was going because my boyfriend insisted..then closer to the event i was you know..just watching some of their vids on youtube when i came across their PV Carry Dawn..and ooo whats-his-name the lead singer,,Mikaru..with his vampire teeth and new sexy hair and hot outfit ..i was mezmerised... seriously! and of course, the song was absolute brill too, possibly my fav song along with God forsaken (im not the type to like a band JUST coz of their looks..)
i listened to more and more of their songs and eeep! i love them! (i also made a plushie for the lead singer, coz i made a rabbit one with vampire teeth and bat wings and oooo resemblance ) and soon i was acting like those dreaded fan girls (eurgh) in the queue.. :S the gig was at camden underworld..never been there but i heard great things about it..no barriers= a plus.
the turn out was awful! barely filled 1/4 of the venue..the doors opened at 7, they started at 9! but WOAH all the noises the crowd made was enough to deafen a filled up islington academy! i have to say..it was probably the best gig ive been to in the best venue. i think Dio enjoyed it too :) small but dedicated crowd. i battled my way to the front..but with 2 ppl in front of me..and eep i touched and held mikaru's hand ^_^ and more..they liked being molested i think :S it also took me forever trying to give him my plushie but he saw it in the end and thanked me and was holding it until the end of the gig! whoop! then they disappeared and we waited for an encore..then i was 1 person away frm the front but i decided to go back to aaron and spent at least the encore wid him lol! (i also caught his bottle but i let go..i felt like being nice)
Denka came on for his drum solo..and wow it was goood! and then mikaru came on..topless O.O (damn it )

in the end i managed to catch (or pick up and spill the water all down my leg) Ivy's bottle which is now sitting proudly on my shelf..
and awww Aaron was great..he made wat was supposed to be an awkward situation..normal... and made me love him even more! *huggles*
next time im gona stay until the band comes out tho! i want to meet them!
